“I have always been very happy with Parcel Direct - the driver always rings ahead to let us know what time he will deliver our parcels, and I have never had a problem or delay with deliveries - excellent service”

“Thank you at first. We are very happy with service provided. Tried to find something local in order to avoid postage cost but still nothing can beat the quaility of the products and service. Few times we have an issue with payment but always got a call back and the issue was resolved. Chat option is a realy great. As soon as I unable to find something on the website - an agent is there. Now we noticed that the delivery cost to Ireland is reduced dramaticly and we are so glad. So no point even looking for anything different. No competitors. Keep going and good luck with your business. Thank you Irish Tiger Health.”

“I have been very impressed with ParcelDirect.ie and have used their services a few times now. We had a problem (our end) that arose with one order but ParcelDirect resolved it for us quickly. The "mark" of a good company is how they deal with problems. In this case they were easy to contact, quickly understood the issue, were empowered to help and solved it! I have no problem in recommending their services to anybody.”

“I never had any problem with the service. Parcels arrived on time and good conditions. It is great to receive the info regarding when package it is in transit and what can of size package you will be receiving. If I required any assistant staff was really helpful and try to accommodate to my needs. Over all great service and I am happy to recommend to other people thinking about using the service.”
