“I have used ParcelDirect three times now with my move from Ireland to Finland. They provide a great service and at very reasonable prices. The main reason I keep using them though is because of the diligence and friendliness of their support staff.”

“ParcelDirect.ie offers a fantastic service. I used its service for the first time on Monday to send a small package (a broken watch) to England, via GLS couriers. Prompt next-day collection from my home; excellent online tracking facility; boom-bang-a-bang, my package is delivered two days later and a replacement watch is currently winging its way back to me! Even with the (optional) additional insurance fee to cover the full value of my watch, the ParcelDirect.ie service cost less than sending my package by An Post courier service, which would have been my usual means of sending a package overseas. The convenience of being able to organise everything myself online was a huge plus. Thanks again, ParcelDirect.ie. I've already begun to sing the company's praises to family and friends!”

“Great customer service, a pleasure to deal with and always resolving any small issues I've had. Easy to use and always on time. “My packages arrived in good condition, however a few items that I packed very carefully were broken. They also arrived a day early, which made my week! Plan on using Parcel Direct again soon.”

“Found Parcel direct service itself very good and very helpful when I had problems however the delivery itself was very poor. On both occasions I ordered an overnight service first on Monday -this was not collected until Thursday and then delivered the following Monday. And on the second occasion service took two days, collected Monday delivered Wednesday. Not what was advertised/paid for. I do think I should have received some sort of credit. As one week delivery for a 24 hour booking isnt really acceptable. That said, very friendly point of contact in Dublin.”
