“Only booked at 9.50pm yesterday evening to send a parcel to England. Parcel was collected today at 4.30pm by a lovely young man very polite, he rang beforehand to let me know he was coming. I would recommend this company.”

“Collection was great, which was a good start, however delivery in UK is unacceptable. They contacted recipient stating a delivery day and time, then changed time, then never showed up at the time stated. not even delivered on that day. They had stayed in to be there for that delivery, now parcel is at a post office where they have to go and collect it and take time off work to fit in with their opening hours. Very disappointing.”

Sometimes drivers run out of time while on their routes which can cause delays, or in this case, they will drop it to one of their drop off stores so that it can be retrieved from there. It is meant to make things easier as they may not have been able to deliver this the next day if they did not drop this to the post office. If you would like to query anything, just get in touch. “I researched for ages to get a parcel to the UK (amazon) which was heavy and the cost was 75% of the value of the item! Ridiculous. Parcel direct did it effortlessly for 20% of the cost of the item. No brainer. On the day of collection I had to nip out, I left the parcel on my porch with a note but thought they'd probably say they couldn't take it, but they did and left the receipt so I'd know. Sensible and no fuss. I'll definitely use this company for all my shipping.”
