“Overall this is a good service although it would be useful if a time window, say even am or pm, could be selected for parcel collection. The second time we used the service the courier rang at 5pm on the day it was due to be collected to say he would collect it the following day. While it was not a problem on this occasion as there was no hurry on the parcel it would have been exceedingly frustrating if the collection point was not due to be staffed the following day, or if we had been in a hurry to get it delivered.”

“Been using Parcel direct for a couple of years now to send all my stuff to friends and family in France and Belgium!! Great pick up service and delivery is impeccable: time and condition unbeatable. I recommend them to all my friends here in Ireland. The biggest I have done was a full PALLET of baby stuff for family!!”
