“The boys at parcel direct are sound. Had to send some car parts to the uk and the lads sorted it out no bother. Cheap out as well. I'll be using them loads from now on.”

“Found Parcel direct service itself very good and very helpful when I had problems however the delivery itself was very poor. On both occasions I ordered an overnight service first on Monday -this was not collected until Thursday and then delivered the following Monday. And on the second occasion service took two days, collected Monday delivered Wednesday. Not what was advertised/paid for. I do think I should have received some sort of credit. As one week delivery for a 24 hour booking isnt really acceptable. That said, very friendly point of contact in Dublin.”
