“Easy drop off at the post office in London on the Thursday and super fast delivery to Ireland - it was in Kildare at my house by Monday morning. Super service and great value, so easy.”

“One of my parcels was pretty badly damaged after it was lost and then located (electronic item sent for repair) the receiver did not point this out to me and I only found out when I got the item back from repair complete with damage. Not sure if I am more annoyed with the carrier who, seriously must have dropped the item from quite height to do this damage, or the repair company who did not inform me of the damage (I had the item insured with parcel direct)”

We have been in touch with the company which handled the parcel in France and they have taken action to ensure the team responsible for your delivery do not make the same mistake again. Your delivery was booked on the Wednesday 15th of November, picked up on Thursday 16th of November and delivered on Tuesday 21st of November, which is within the delivery time quoted. “I use Parcel Direct for all my courier jobs. I find the website easy to navagate and on the few occasions when I needed to speak to someone, I found customer service to be extremely helpful . The pick up will always be as scheduled, and in practically every case, my parcel was delivered to the customer the following day . Their prices are the most competitive that I have found. An added bonus is being able to track your parcel every step of the way.”
