“Parcel damaged in transit, which ended up costing me money. Submitted a claim for compensation that was simply rejected out of hand. Will never use them again.”

“Parcel direct staff have always been attentive and helpful, sadly I had to get in touch a number of times as the address I entered for collection never transmitted correctly to the courier. But overall great service great prices!”
