“Parcel direct is a great service. I would recommend you to really improve how you put the information on your website. I had some basic questions about how it works, delivery times etc. but I spent nearly an hour going through your FAQ for questions which were basic. “I sent in last few years by parcel direct.ie over 50 packages with great success. But most important for me was situations when was some problems with Courier companies, anytime friendly staff from parceldirect was helpfull to deal with any issues so always I feel that I can trust them in any moment. Great company. I wish dealing with them all of You with any shipping related situations!!!!”

“great company. my parcel was collected on time, it was delivered within their time frame. it was totally painless booking online. i use courier companies a lot throughout the year and the big bonus was it was delivered undamaged unlike a lot i have received from other courier services.Thankyou parcel direct we will use you again and will spread the word. regards. “It would be remiss of me to go in with all guns blazing but parceldirect.ie have given me no choice, last August I sent a painting to Oxford, England, it was wrapped to an inch of its life with bubble wrap and corrugated board, the type used but auctioneers. After a little difficulty trying to get it into the system ( HxWxL part of submission is lacking) the parcel went on its way..... it arrived damaged, so badly damaged I had to send the artist over to repair the paint work. I informed parcel direct on many occasions and typical of the country we live in, plamassed to the high hilt. Nothing has been finalised and all I wanted was the €300 that the carrier automatically covers for, nothing more, nothing less... have changed companies as this will never be concluded.”
