“I would definitely use them again. I had to make an enquiry and got a reply within 10 minutes. My parcel was picked up in Ireland on Tuesday and reached Bristol in the UK on Thursday of the same week! Marvellous!”

“Wow I was really surprised to see the Fedx van pull up so early in the morning after only making the decision to use parcel direct late the night before. The courier man was very polite and helpful as one of the parcels was very heavy but there was no problem for him to come in and help. The thing that got me was the care he took when the parcels Were in his van and he was securing them. Fantastic response and I will definitely use parcel direct again when needed and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”
