“I found Parcel Direct to be an excellent company to deal with. All their documents & instructions were of high quality. Their driver arrived at 9.30 am so I wasn't left for the parcel to be picked up. the driver was so kind .I would give him 100% for they way he treated me.”

“Had an issue to send back malfunctioning items. Within a minute of going online, both items registered and labels printed off and to be collected from the house in two days. I cannot ask for a better, less stressful way to send the items. Highly recommended”

“I will definitely use parcel direct again.. my parcel was picked up in county kildare on july 1st, my printer in was very light so I explained to the rep who picked up from Fedex he said No problem he will reprint it, it's now July 6th and parcel was received in Vancouver first thing in the morning and the price was so reasonable too... well done and Thank you for a great service,”
