“I recently used the online Parcel Direct.ie services for a parcel. The website process was straight forward and easy to use, entering pickup and delivery address & payment options, their rates are excellent value. The parcel was collected the day I had requested and delivered the following day. I would recommend parcel direct and will use them again soon myself.”

“Excellent service. this was my first time using Parcel Direct and i would definitely do so again. i paid the small bit extra for next day delivery (so worth it). Parcel collected at 3.15pm in Co. Waterford, Ireland 7/1/2021, and in Edinburgh, Scotland 1.30pm 8/1/2021”

“This is my first time using a courier service and parcel direct have been extremely helpful. They are dealing with all kinds of problems withe Brexit etc but still managed to take the time to explain everything to a new customer. Finally, it's such a lovely thing these days to be able to speak to someone on the phone.”
