“Found parceldirect very easy to deal with. I had never sent a parcel by courier before and as I was sending a battery I thought the process would be difficult but parceldirect were so quick to respond to my emails and sorted out my delivery. I will definitely use parcel direct again and would highly recommend this company to everyone. Customer service was amazing”

“Delighted with my recent experience with ParcelDiret.ie my parcel was collected from my home completely contactless and delivered within 2 days. I wasn't required to print off any labels and I was very happy with the delivery costs, as I literally didn't need to leave the house, which is a big plus during these challenging times. Thank you.”
