“Parcel was picked up by a very friendly person... It left Ireland and was delivered within 24 Hours... one day less than we were advised it would arrive.. we will certainly use your services again!!”

“Failed to deliver our product to clients in Australia Decided the package pick up point was the Consignee so wasted days sending them queries instead of us. Then took more money from our account without permission or an invoice to ship the package all the way back to Ireland. Strange how ParcelDirect don't show the 2.5 stars (poor) review average from TrustPilot on their website”

“I wish I read the reviews of Parcel Direct before using their service. Booked a pick-up in Ireland on July 1st, for July 2nd. Paid and confirmed. We are today on July 8th and the sender never received a call or visit for pick-up. Tried to contact Parceldirect online as they don't provide a phone number, no reply either. Don't loose your time and money with this not ghost operated company.”

“I was looking to ship liquids to the USA from Ireland and with the restrictions with anpost I am so glad that parcel direct was there. I went to mail box etc in cork and they have a convenient drop off service. Additionally it was 40€ cheaper than other couriers. Super fantastic!”

“The system is very userfriendly. It has been an absolute blessing honestly. All other courier systems made it very difficult to book. Some even said I had to have a business account. Parcel Direct compared the prices from the start and I was able to make a well informed choise. It even lets you add insurance. The easiest choice and booking I had to make. Will use them again for sure!”
