“I just booked a suitcase to go from Donegal to Perth yesterday, it is to be collected tomorrow ? time. Hopefully, I will be able to write a good review when it gets to my daughter in Australia for Christmas.”

“First time using parcel direct and will definitely use again. Website is very user friendly and love that you can get quotes from all the different couriers. I love that you don't have to have labels printed beforehand as don't have printer . It makes life easier when the driver brings the labels especially this time of year is crazy ,thank you .A flawless door to door service .”

“Excellent service gives you all the courier options costs and delivery times. I have used Parcel Direct to collect and deliver parcels to Halifax in Canada. The Canadian post is very slow and from Ireland to Canada it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks minimum to receive a parcel. I sent a 7kg box and it took 7 working days from collection to delivery and a lot cheaper than post. I highly recommend using Parcel Direct.ie”

“Item booked for.collection specifically for Wednesday 22nd but as expected it wasn’t collected, no e mail, phone call, message… nothing Would definitely not recommend or use this service again as it’s not fit for purpose”

“I used Parcel.direct to send a parcel to New Zealand which I couldn't send by An Post. I couldn't find any cheaper quotes than on this site and found it to be a great service. I will definitely use them again.”

“Waited all day for a collection at my address, but nobody turned up or called me wasted my whole day, then i went onto FED EX customer service chat, talking to a robot, then I was supposed to be connected to a live chat, got no reply, wasted another 10 minutes of my day :-(”

“Couldn't believe the price quoted at least 50% cheaper than others. Simple online process, lots of options, I choose a half pallet. I had a few what I saw as problems re my goods but they quickly replied with options and everything was sorted.”
