“parcel direct have charged me with 200% on the top of delivery price for undelivered parcel! delivery cost was €50 and then €100 on the top for undelivered returned parcel! every time after payment delete your bank details from parceldirect website otherwise your account will be charged for whatever amount they decide,on my objection that they can't charge me more than original delivery price parceldirect.ie says that there is no any regulations and they can charge any amount...”

“Never had the hassle of waiting. He arrived early enough, very pleasant, very courteous agent collected my parcel. Booking wise, it couldn't be easier and it is very straight forward. “There was a problem with customs with my parcel, and it was returned, damaged, not ther fault. We submitted a claim, PD confirmed - after a long time - it was paid to them weeks ago, asked for my bank details - given straight away - and I am still waiting for my money. They have been ignoring email and every time I call I am told it will be sorted by the end of the week. This has now gone on for months. No trust left whatsoever and 0 transparency on the claim.”

“Great service thank you. Just 1 issue that website says collection time is from 9.00 but my parcel was called for at 8.30 and I wasn't ready for the collector...but we sorted it out and it was collected later in the afternoon. However I was very happy with the service and it was delivered in good time safe and well.”
