“I ordered 6 Pleached Hornbeam Trees - Carpinus Betulus Size: 3.3m and 12 Wooden Tree Stakes (Length: 1.8 Metres) in March 2021. The trees came on the back of a van and were light enough to carry to the back garden by one strong individual using the metal handle around the root ball and resting the trunk on their shoulder but it was easier with two people. The trees were planted on the same day using the videos supplied on the website to aid the process. Delivery was in the timeframe expected. No damage to any of the items. Time will tell as to the quality of the trees and how they respond in their new environment.”

“Paramount Plants really delivered. I bought a couple of Cordyline Australis and a black bamboo, and they were big, beautiful and bursting with health. I caught my neighbours taking sneaky peaks over the fence. I've bought big plants online before, but these are the best by far.”

“Second order I have placed with this company and wasn't dissapionted at all with the quality of plants. I chose larger plants and I was advised of a slight delay which enabled me to add to my order. Delivery was excellent. No doubt I will be placing another order.Good value, good size plants, very pleased. Thankyou to the staff at customer services.”

“We took delivery yesterday of our 6 large trees. I would like to thank you for the customer service we have received since placing our order. We received regular updates on our order status followed up by your delivery Driver ANDY who kept us informed of the arrival time at our location. He was unable to park near our home but between us both we managed to take delivery. Not being keen gardeners Andy gave some much needed advice on general planting. Thank you! In these turbulent times our experience has been that many companies use the current crisis as an excuse for Bad customer Service, is cannot be said for Paramount Plants. We have no hesitation on recommending your company. Kind Regards Carole & Jim Kennedy”
