“5* company. Customer service was exceptional and they gave help and advice prior to ordering with ongoing support after delivery. I ordered 3 standard Photinia (Red Robin) trees and they were delivered in good time and are such good quality. I highly recommend Paramount Plants and would definitely buy from them again.”

“Ordered 16 Lonicera Nitida Maigrun hedging plants: size: 20-30cm in 3 litre pots. Arrived in excellent condition on a wooden pallet, shrink wrapped. They have now been in the ground for almost a month and are doing well. Pleased with my purchase and the way that Paramount Plants kept me informed at all stages. Highly recommended.”

“I was really pleased with the quality and health of the 4 plants I received from Paramount Plants. They arrived on a company lorry which I hadn't expected, but meant they'd had a specialist looking after them during transportation rather than them being outsourced to a 3rd party logistics company - and you could tell that made a real difference. They are all doing well now that they are planted and look great!”

“The plant arrived in very good condition, despite being quite large. It was very well-supported and packed, and Paramount's carriers must be good, as it didn't seem to have suffered at all in transit. In fact, the delivery was a bit quicker than anticipated, and we were about to go away for a few days, so we left it in its packaging but with the top open and a hole cut in the side for a watering can, and took it to a neighbour who watered it for us whilst we were away. We planted it when we returned and could water it ourselves. This doesn't seem to have bothered it. The delivery driver was friendly & helpful, offering to carry it to anywhere I wanted. It's now been in the ground for about 3 weeks, and with lots of watering (because of the drought) it seems to be thriving.”
