“I found Paramount plants online after reading a lot of positive reviews. Their website is very informative. I also contacted them by phone to confirm a few things and they are very helpful and informative. They are up front about delivery times and I was updated adequately of when my order was going to be delivered. An all round positive experience and I would recommend and use them again”

“Very impressed with the service and even more impressed with the plant itself. It was well packaged, very healthy and a little larger than I expected. I often expect some delivery damage but this was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this seller.”

“I bought a Camellia for a friend's birthday and had it delivered to her address in North Hertfordshire. I was a bit surprised at the time it took for delivery - between two and three weeks from memory - so I would advise ordering at least that far in advance if you need delivery before a particular date. However Paramount kept me updated regularly prior to delivery and gave plenty of notice of the delivery date and, after delivery they have sent me several useful emails containing advice about looking after the plant. The website was useful in providing guidance on what size of pot would be best. As to the really important part, my friend is very pleased with her Camellia which arrived in perfect condition within the notified time slot. Both plant and friend are getting along very well.”
