“Considering you can't choose your own plant with an online order, I was thrilled with the quality and size of my tamarix. It was delivered safely. As soon as I got it it the ground it started flowering and growing new shoots. A very happy healthy plant. Thank you”

“We were delighted with our purchase of 4 Japanese Holly bushes. We followed the instructions on receipt e.g. watering to the letter and have been rewarded by lots of growth already. We were kept updated at each stage of the purchasing and delivery process. Very, very impressed by both the quality of the product and the company.”

“I ordered a magnolia tree for my partner’s birthday. As I would expect from a caring professional company, I was advised that the tree would only be sent when it was in perfect condition and state of readiness. This duly happened a few weeks later, when the tree was delivered, very carefully packed, and in perfect condition. Prior to delivery, I received an email advising me how to treat the tree on arrival. Perfect service. Many thanks.”

“Plants were perfect. The delivery gentleman was so kind as to bring them to my door at the second floor as they were small vases (appropriate distancing was kept of course) - much appreciated! Obviously due to Covid-19 changes to service the order took a couple weeks to be delivered, but this was clearly flagged on the website and I was kept in the loop by customer service emails all along. So I have absolutely zero complaints!”

“Brilliant service and very competitive price, much cheaper than our local garden centres. They always respond quickly to enquiries and are super helpful. Only minor criticism is that delivery charges are quite high at £60 but not too bad and we're already planning our next order!”
