“I couldn't praise this serviceenoigh. I was able to arrange a collection for same day. Booked it 11.30 and collection was made by 2.30 and at a very reasonable price. Amazing service with a lovely driver too. Will definately use again.”

“Very easy to arrange a collection, everything that you need is on the website. Quick collection and delivery. Only negative was the driver arrived to collect parcel unaware that we'd paid for the pallet and wrap service but this was sorted very quickly”

“Still shocked I was called by a delivery driver to pick up the pallet only an hour after I had booked same day delivery! He helped us fasten the boxes to the pallet and was just really helpful and polite. Thank you!”

“My customer received someone else’s pallet my order is currently in another depot awaiting delivery which should of been Wednesday know looking at possibly Friday no confirmation on this or reassurance which has created a negative review of my sales on eBay and delayed payment to myself from customer”

This is currently being sorted, but I completely understand the frustration - especially with the impact on your eBay feedback and payment. “First time using a pallet service. Best part is PO provide a pallet & wrap service, particularly useful for me as the seller of the items I was purchasing was not able to package them for transport. Despite an initial delay in pick-up, drop-off was expedited so the original delivery date was not missed. Communication via WhatsApp was impressively efficient and informative and the delivery driver assigned was superb. Polite, courteous, professional and efficient. Overall, very happy with the service I received.”

“I booked a collection for before 3pm on Friday in Nottingham for a delivery in Glasgow between 12-5 on Tuesday. My pallet was collected before 3pm on Friday and delivered in Glasgow 12-5 on Tuesday. It worked, and I'd use them again.”
