Great service. Very efficient. Was slightly surprised that the depot got in touch to increase the cost. I booked three micro palets online, only to be told, they didn't offer this... so had to pay for three quarter pallets, so just a technicality on the website. otherwise fantastic service.

We're sorry for the mix-up of pallet sizes; we greatly appreciate your understanding re the change in cost for your shipment, and we apologise for any confusion during the booking process. To clarify, when goods exceed the dimensions of a standard pallet (1.0m x 1.2m), they are considered 'oversized'. When you're picking your pallet spaces, you’ll find a different tab for these bigger options. Unfortunately, we aren't able to send oversized micro pallets as it's not a service our network offers; the smallest option we have for oversized items is a quarter pallet. We will pass your feedback on to our development team to see if we can do anything to differentiate the standard vs oversized options. Thank you again for your feedback. Very good service overall. Did cost £186 to send 4x alloy wheels which on the face of it sounds expensive, until you consider these were going from England to Isle of Man and most companies won't even fulfil that type of order. Using a pallet also felt much safer than the idea of sending 4 individually boxed packages. Arrived well within the time it stated of under 5 working days. The only critisism (hence 4 and not 5 stars) Was a bit of a moment when 16 hours after shipping they were maked as "delivered" on the tracking. Customer support were very helpful and did state this is when it leaves the UK network to go over seas, but would obviously be nice if the tracking was smart enough to know that even if precise tracking is lost after the point of it going over seas.

Timings not good. Meant to be a morning pick up, but arrived after 3.30pm. That said, once on site very efficient.

Easy to quote and book, a good price but the first collection failed with no notification. Was collected the following working day and was successfully delivered. Had we received some sort of notification that the first collection was going to fail it would have been 4 stars. Will use the service again, but I will need to monitor the collection closer.

We understand how important it is to know if a collection isn't going to happen as planned. Unfortunately, we don't always find out about missed collections right away. This is because not every vehicle in the network is fitted with a cab phone that can make external calls, which means we might not know about a missed collection until the end of the day when they return to the depot. If you notice your goods haven't been picked up by 4pm, please chat with us on LiveChat and we can quickly check what's happening for you. We're really glad to hear you'll use our service again. We will speak with the network to see if there's anything that can be done to improve communication when it comes to failed collections.
