Competitive price but can't pin down a collection time -website just says "between 9.00am and 5pm". No facility to track or get updates so hung around all day and they finally arrived at two minutes to five!

We completely understand how important it is to know when your collection will happen, and we’d like to take a moment to explain how our process works to give you a clearer picture. As outlined on our website, our vehicles operate on a carefully planned schedule to make the most of every trip. They head out fully loaded with deliveries and return fully loaded with collections, completing this cycle twice a day. This is a standard practice across pallet networks and helps us efficiently manage collections from multiple locations throughout the day. If a collection hasn’t happened by around 1:00 pm, it’s typically scheduled for our second run, which runs until 5:00 pm. In your case, your goods were collected within the agreed time window, and we’re glad we could get that sorted for you. To make sure you’re never left in the dark, we also explain this process on our tracking page before your collection takes place - our goal is to keep you informed every step of the way. You can always find more details on our website too, where we break down how it all works. We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re here to help if you have any more questions!

Super easy ordering via website. Helpful to be able to specify vehicle preferences for each leg of journey. Only thing that would be an improvement would be a text on delivery day with a time slot. But excellent service, will definitely use again.

Very poor experience ! Only positive was the price hence booking was made. Scheduled to collect my pallet on Thursday between 9-5 and never turned up, finally made email contact to say vehicle problems and they would collect tomorrow (friday). They did not show up again but made contact at 4.30pm to say they did not have room to collect and rescheduled collection for Monday. Monday came and they did not show up, made contact late afternoon, excuse this time was an error message was sent cancelling collection. Finally they collected on Tuesday and delivery was made next day. Delivery was made by palletline and the driver called 15mins ahead of the delivery. The customer service was very poor, there was no consideration that they had made someone wait in three days expecting a collection, they would never give an eta, was always between 9-3/5. Obviously I will never use pallets online again I’d rather pay the extra for a reliable service. Other than a verbal apology on the telephone they never offered to make a discount for there failing service.

Hi Ben, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry your first experience with us was so poor. To clarify the timeline: your booking was placed on Thursday afternoon and we confirmed collection for Friday. The depot was over capacity that day but didn’t notify us until the afternoon, at which point we let you know. A new collection was arranged for Monday, but the driver had three pallets refused earlier in the day and had to keep them on board, which meant there was no room left to collect your pallet. While neither issue is common, the combination clearly made for a frustrating experience, and I can fully understand your disappointment. We have the highest on-time performance rate in the industry, and when things do go wrong, we always take steps to put it right. In this case, we upgraded your booking at our cost to a morning collection and morning delivery, and ensured it travelled on a next-day service to minimise further disruption. A 20% discount had already been applied as a first-time customer. Collection and delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be affected by circumstances outside of our control, so we don’t typically offer refunds when delays occur – especially when the job has still been completed. But we do upgrade services at our expense where possible to reduce inconvenience, as we did here. Thanks again for giving us a try, even if it didn’t go to plan this time.

We paid for the pallet & wrap service, yet the pallet was not wrapped on site. We saw this might happen and asked the driver and he assured us they would wrap it. Lo and behold, 2 days later it arrives unwrapped. We were a little worried watching it wobble since it wasn't wrapped. That being said, everything turned out fine and both collection and delivery were timely.

Hi Sean, Thanks for your review, and I’m sorry to hear the pallet wasn’t wrapped as requested. If we’d known at the time, we could’ve raised it with the depot and arranged a credit for the missed service - always feel free to flag any issues with us directly and we’ll do everything we can to make sure the service runs as advertised. That said, I’m glad everything arrived safely and the timings went to plan.
