“I booked and paid on line I checked all the measurements for the price I was paying for shrink wrapped my goods on printed delivery address labels & put them on three sides My pallet was collected on the day they said & delivered on the day they said and I could track it all the way It was the first time I'd sent a pallet and would not hesitate using this service again”

“We have used pallet online many times in the past but with the recent order, we are quite disappointed with the goods not believered on time which led our client without any goods and had to close their stores throughout the weekend.”

Unfortunately, a key piece of equipment (the pump truck on the delivery vehicle) failed, preventing the driver from unloading the goods. While we always aim to provide the best possible service, this was an unexpected problem that we had no control over at the time. We informed you within two minutes of receiving the update from the depot, but we understand how frustrating the situation must have been for you and your client. It’s worth noting that over the last year, we’ve successfully handled multiple bookings for you without any issues, though we haven’t received reviews for those. A fairer reflection of our service would include those experiences as well, as this recent issue doesn’t represent the usual level of reliability we strive to provide. “Delivery and pick up were fine, but I booked wrap and pallet for the pick up which the driver knew nothing about! So I trusted the guy and loaded the item onto the truck, and he assured me that they would do the pallet and wrap in the depot, it did arrive wrapped, but when you are trusting a £2000 item into someone's care for transportation, I'd like to be better assured”

“Our first experience with Palletonline n we couldnt have used a better company..the office found out the delivery time for us no problem at all..Driver arrived on time to Bouroughbridge..such a lovely chappie..then the driver who delivered sll the way over to Anglesey was on time n very helpful too..couldnt fault either of them...Thankyou..”
