Fantastic Delivery - Collection of delivery of Mosaic Tiles from China to the UK. Was more cost effective to get delivered to mainland UK and then ise Pallet Online to transport them across to final destination in Belfast (rather than direct from China to Belfast - we saved overall around £600). Fantastic service - booked on Tuesday, collected Wednesday, delivered Monday. Exceptionally reasonable cost and very easy process, will most defiantely be using again for future deliveries.

Absolutely appalling service. Booked the delivery for the 16th, then they changed it to the 17th, then the 18th and then changed it for a 4th time to the 21st. This cost our company money and hindered the completion of works. Avoid!! Absolutely terrible "service".

Hi Lynsey, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your delivery. I understand that you are located in a remote area in the Highlands near the northern coast of Scotland. Unfortunately, this location presents unique challenges. We’ve since made the decision to prevent same-day collections from this area, as the depot typically arrives earlier in the day, which can lead to missing the same-day cut-off. Due to the remoteness of this region, the depot does not return for second runs, making timely collections more difficult. I apologise for offering the same-day collection option on your first order with us; we have now removed this option to allow for better planning and improved service levels in the future. Additionally, your goods were delayed while moving through our network due to overcapacity at the Northern hub, which is smaller compared to our other hubs. While we are the only network that has multi-hub capability, which is designed for maximum efficiency, it regrettably did not work in our favour this time. I appreciate that our team kept in touch with you throughout this process, and as you know the goods have now been delivered. I sincerely apologise for any knock-on effect this has caused to your business. Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Collection was intended for Monday . Collection did not happen , I was not contacted to say it was delayed. Delivery was re-arranged for Tuesday , this was only arranged after I contacted them . Tuesday by 5pm still not collected . I contacted them several times , collection was eventually approx 5.45 pm . Very poor service , very poor communication . I will not recommend or use this company again .

On Monday, we notified you within 30 minutes of learning from the depot that the collection would not happen as scheduled. We also arranged for an upgrade to next-day delivery at no extra cost, ensuring that your goods were delivered on time for Wednesday as originally planned. While we strive for the best possible service and proudly maintain the industry’s best on-time record, we do state that we cannot guarantee specific collection dates. We understand that this can be frustrating, especially when delays occur. Unfortunately, due to factors such as traffic and delivery schedules, our collection times can be unpredictable in some circumstances. All pallet depots and networks face this issue. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. I’m sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations this time. Have just had an excellent service from PalletOnline, who have moved a Pallet from Weymouth to Beverley for me. Great online booking system, friendly and helpful driver arrived to collect as booked, delivered to final destination on time , very easy system to use and good pricing to! 5⭐️Thank You PalletOnline!

Booking was straight forward, collected on time but delivery was a day late. I would be very useful to have an online tracking for customers. Wood definitely use again.

The driver was incredibly helpful, far more than a lot of drivers, he was very patient and went out of his way to put my delivery in a suitable place so that I didn’t have to move it on my own later on. He was pleasant and friendly and a credit to the company.

I can't comment on the collection but, I can on the delivery. An extremely personable young man executed the delivery. He asked where to put the item which he did without hesitation. I have no complaints.
