“Would be better if the labels were bar coded in order to provide a better tracking service . The collection company picked up the pallet without ringing the door bell or ringing a mobile to say they had arrived or were on their way . Can’t talk about any delivery issues as not there !”

Hi James, Thanks for your review and for the feedback. The barcode labels used in our pallet network have to be applied in very specific positions so they can be seen clearly on CCTV and scanned accurately as your consignment moves through the hubs. When labels are put in different places it can lead to scanning problems, so we don’t send these out for customers to apply themselves. I’m sorry the driver didn’t call ahead. We do ask all drivers to ring ahead where possible, and most do, but it doesn’t always happen and that’s on us to improve.

“Price was very good. Ordering process easy. Pallet collected and delivered as per stated. It would be handy to be notified on the day of a closer collection time instead of between 9 and 5pm.”

“The whole process was very striaghtforwards and after placing the order, our pallet was collected the same day. we later had to change the dleivery date and this was also very easily dealt with. the recipient confirmed the pallet was delivered safely on the correct day. a big thumbs up from me.”

“The overall service was good - consignment was collected and delivered at the times requested I would have been more relaxed about the whole process if I could have had more timely updates on collection, dispatch etc Pallets were collected Thursday afternoon but this wasn't visible on the website until Saturday morning”

Hi Kieron, Thank you for your review and for confirming that collection and delivery took place at the requested times. You are absolutely right about the tracking delay. In this case the pallets were booked for a Monday delivery rather than next day, so they did not move through the network until the weekend. The first network scan therefore happened later, which is why you did not see an update straight after Thursday’s collection. We know this is not ideal and can be unsettling when you are waiting for confirmation. We have already fed back to the network that scans should be done at the point of collection rather than only when freight moves through the depots to the hub, so customers get earlier, clearer updates. Thank you again for the feedback - it helps us push for better tracking for everyone.

“After searching for a pallet delivery service i eventually came across this firm online absolutley brilliant from start to finish picked up my full size 500kg pallet promptly and delivered it on time the booking website was a doddle to use and tracking was spot on can only speak as i find would not hesitate to use again exellent service !
