“This is the first time I have used a pallet delivery company and I found palletonline a very stress free experience. The booking form was very easy to use and the delivery driver was very helpfull putting the pallet in my garage. I would have no hesitation in recomending this company.”

“Pallet was collected within agreed time frame, communication was very good, even if slightly agressive, as in we had a customer that might not have been there just before 5pm, which I have no control over, and the delivery was allowed to be up till 5pm, and I was warned of extra costs etc. This is understood, but the way it was worded could have been better. But, pallet got from A to B within the time scale paid for, so no complaints from me.”

“I was in a difficult situation, I had an item on Ebay I wanted to buy but it was 100's of miles away in kent. It was collection only because of it's bulk. So the seller said he could package it on a pallet if I arranged to have it picked up etc. I looked online and your site stood out so I was able to book the pallet and pay all online I only had one SLIGHT issue, it was that as I paid and organised this the label for the pallet was sent to me and the printer @ the sellers end was not working, black marker pen did!”

“Unable to get original price quoted then unable to enter discount code(screen froze) ended up paying £11 + vat more than quote. Pick up ok but no pallet truck on wagon for delivery had to hand ball off.”
