The 20% new customer discount didn’t apply because we’ve collected from your company at that same location before for a different bill payer, so the address is no longer classed as a first order for that offer. “After searching for a pallet delivery service i eventually came across this firm online absolutley brilliant from start to finish picked up my full size 500kg pallet promptly and delivered it on time the booking website was a doddle to use and tracking was spot on can only speak as i find would not hesitate to use again exellent service ! “You delivered the wrong products to the wrong people. One customer even got a delivery dispatched from another company (dumped on his driveway blocking his car in). I rang the local forwarder who insisted the customer had just changed their mind on his order - the forwarder couldn't seem to grasp that he'd simply never ordered it. Eventually got stuff back to base so we could re-send out. Both arrived back damaged. Nobody at PalletOnline cares. £8k worth of products damaged, furious customers and PalletOnline can't pretend to care. Every 'customer service' agent that replies neglects to read the prior correspondence so it's like ground-hog day. Appalling. Reference your email that "less than 1% of successful deliveries receive a review" - have you considered the possibility that what you deem 'successful' and what is actually acceptable are worlds apart?”

Hi Lauren, I am really sorry to read this, as it is completely at odds with what we can see on our system. I have searched under your name, email address and the order ID shown on your review and I cannot find any record of a problem or a complaint about this booking, or any others from you this year. The consignment linked to your details shows as collected and delivered on time with no damage reported by the depot or the receiver. That means either we are looking at the wrong order, or the issue has been raised with a different carrier in the chain rather than directly with us. We would like to get to the bottom of it, but we need more information to do that. Please contact our team with your Order ID so we can trace the correct consignment, review what actually happened and speak with the depot where needed. “Almost perfect. Gave me a time frame for delivery but arrived a bit later than that. But all arrived safely 159kgs on its pallet, and the two delivery guys were very helpful in putting the pallet where I wanted it, which wasn’t straightforward. Good communications from the chatbot to the real people. Thank you.”
