“First class service from start to finish, driver that collected the pallet was courteous and very helpful. Delivery was bang on time, confirmation mesages re collection and delivery were spot on. No compalints here and will use again.”

“Exceptional. Easy to book and if by a certain time, they can do collection same day of booking. I booked around 11am on wednesday morning and two pallets were collected same day. Everything went smoothly and both arrived 9am on friday. I used pllet line as a collection, to get equipment from seller to me. For two pallets the price was very good as it saved me a 10 hour round trip to collect in person. Wil definitely use Palletline again in the future.”

“You need too let your customers know when you give them a date for the delivery and we take time off work to be there to receive the delivery and it does not turn up on the date you gave you can’t be bothered to let me know that you have changed the delivery date to the following day …………. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! SORT YOURSELFS OUT AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS UPDATED”

The delay was caused by a trunking issue related to the New Year bank holiday, which unfortunately disrupted the network.
