“First time using a pallet delivery company. Thoroughly impressed, very little to say as it was so uneventful- the way it should have been. -ve I paid for a 12 O'Clock delivery slot but the pallet arrived early, almost missed the guy as he was about to drive off when I arrived at my central london office.”

Hi Tomasz, we understand the confusion. The pre-1pm service refers to delivery before 1pm, not collection. Your delivery was completed and marked as delivered at 8:28am, well within the booked timeframe.

“It was an awkward pallet a long way from my home, but picked up on time, delivered on time with a call from driver to say he was on his way. Helpful driver, backed his lorry in with care, all good!”

“Very helpful before collection and collection made in good time. Pallets arrived day after original date and tracking app lead me to believe they would on time and therefore I kept staff on site. Online support said tracking was incorrect and they hoped to deliver the following day - it was delivered the next day. Worse than no tracking is misleading tracking, in my opinion.”
