“AMAZING 5* service from start to finish Sarah my patient coordinator was fabulous and there every step of the way to answer every question and for support DR Prasad is incredible listened to exactly what I wanted and has given me a new found confidence Recovery was speedy and palmall even sent me flowers the day after my op to wish me well Would recommend them to anyone thanks again x”

“If you want awful customer service and surgeons like Dr Prasad to butcher you......then look no further than Pall Mall Medical!! I've paid over £9k for an uplift, old implants removed and new ones put in and ive been left with continuous pain and discomfort and unable to lift (with being a PT is part of my job) Plus my implants look awful from my side profile, leaving my confidence in the toilet!!! Ive had to chase Pall Mall for contact once I raised my concerns and have now found out that they are accepting no responsibility for leaving me dissatisfied but most importantly in discomfort with my implants. To add to my frustration, my comments on the Pall Mall Medical Facebook page was removed when trying to warn people of the issues I faced and I was also blocked from the page as well!! AVOID PALL MALL AT ALL COSTS!!”

“I had a breast augmentation with Ashley Topps in February 2025. I went to him on recommendation from a friend. This was surely the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my ENTIRE life. Since the surgery, I have been left in DEBILITATING pain in the left breast. I’m 6 months post op and STILL in crippling pain . I’ve been back 5 times since surgery to see Ashley Topps, with absolutely no insight given by him as to why this was the case. To think this guy so called studied medicine at Cambridge- he should hang his head in shame. I’ve now paid thousands of pounds in medical diagnostics including MRI on the left breast - Pall Mall REFUSED to cover these , despite being within their so called 1 year after care. I then sought Independent review by a different breast surgeon at a different company - specialist in breast pain and corrective surgery . I need corrective surgery- the implant used on the left is too wide and deviated, sat on all my nerves. I sent this report over to Pall mall - silence . No offer to cover corrective surgery. No accountability. No patient care. I’ve lodged a formal compliant , instructed a medical negligence lawyer and am working on an expose peace of this negligent, dangerous company with the media. Please if you read this and your’re a woman / mother thinking of having a breast augmentation at Pall Mall cosmetics , I BEG you to reconsider. I have been robbed of 6 months of my life by them - left languishing in pain with no diagnosis. If I can stop just one woman going through what I have , it was worth writing this review.”

“1 star – Completely Disorganised and Uncaring – Avoid I’ve never left a medical review before, but my experience with Pall Mall Medical was so poor that I feel obliged to warn others. I was referred to them following a diagnosis of a large ovarian cyst. The gynaecologist confirmed I needed an internal scan after my period, but the only appointments offered were during my period—which makes the scan medically inappropriate. The bookings team use WhatsApp to communicate, which is unprofessional, disjointed, and filled with errors. They confused me with another patient, repeatedly insisted I needed an MRI (when I clearly didn’t), and had no understanding of my clinical needs—even after I explained multiple times. When I tried to raise a formal complaint, I was told that the person I was speaking to would "message" the very staff member I was complaining about. That says it all. They have refused a refund, despite offering me no usable appointment and providing no value beyond repeating what I already knew. To top it off, my symptoms have worsened—I’m now in pain and passing blood while I wait for proper care elsewhere. Completely unprofessional. Poor aftercare. No accountability. Avoid this place.”

“I do not recommend the Pallmall clinic, one of the doctors destroyed my body leaving huge scars! They do not want to give me even half of the money for the damage they did to me! I used the services of another clinic to improve what was destroyed because I could not look at the scars and ugly breasts! I was told that the scars can spread because it is the fault of my skin / it is not elastic. The scars were cut out in another clinic and the breasts were improved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES AT PALLMALL!!!”

“I recently have had a breast augmentation at Pall Mall with Dr Krishnan, and I cannot fault the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, the care has been outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and supported, both on the day of my surgery and during all my pre-op appointments. For anyone considering this procedure and thinking about going abroad think twice! The care and aftercare provided by Pall Mall are worth every penny. Knowing that their is dedicated care team is always available and being able to meet with your surgeon multiple times before your operation is so reassuring to making sure choosing the right size implant. A massive thank you to Chloe, Tanisha, and Arielle for their lovely support along the way, you have all made this experience so much nicer, and I’m truly grateful for the care ive had”

“NO AFTERCARE Be VERY careful using pallmall, I had an uplift with implant and got very sick 24 hours after my op, I was sent to 111 and had an ambulance out. Unfortunately they burdened me onto the NHS despite paying £8300. Would absolutley not recommend to a soul. Read up on aftercare or speak to people who have had surgery with them. Extremely worrying a surgery clinic that doesn’t offer an emergency department, probably my own fault for going into this naively I just expected it to be a given. Complained and they told me that they did everything by the books which was a big fat nothing 🙂”

“Probably the worst experience I have had for a long time. Booked my wife in at the Manchester offices. Very inattentive staff from the moment we walked in. Went upstairs to sit in the very large waiting room, while my wife filled in a consultation form. The consultant then shouted her name from one end of the clinic to the other. (Surely you would expect someone to walk over and greet you?) We then went into consulting room, it was filthy and I mean filthy…… dirty dressings on the floor the bed covers where all dirty and not attached to the bed properly. The consultant looked like he had slept in his shirt!! Overall horrendous experience, people are asking you to spend approximately £7k on surgery the place is horrible and would not recommend to anyone, waiting for our consultation deposit back. Drove from Chester 2.5 hour round trip totally wasted a day”

“Had knecklift at pallmall had revision surgery to correct loose skin on one side of kneck .Still there dr ragavan said can fix it then it was knocked back which now I'm left with loose skin on one side which is absolute joke after paying thousands of pound looks ridiculous. It would be easy solution to fix which he said he can do . These people r happy to take your cash 💸 il have to go else were now and pay for it to be fixed proper .if your thinking about kneck lift avoid this place”

“I had a breast lift and implants with Pal Mal this year and not only am I unhappy with the aftercare and lack of communication or availability to book 6 week post ops, but I’m completely and utterly miserable with the results, my breasts are still sagging 8k down, they basically look the same with scars! I’m so upset. By the looks of someone else’s comment, the surgeon will just tell me everything is healing well and I’ll have to find more money to get revision elsewhere.”

“Would not go this place avoid . Refused to do second revision surgery after surgeon said he could do it and said be August r Sept to Me loose skin under kneck on right side which would be easly fixed .payed alot of hard earned cash for this kneck procedure. Seen Mr Hussain who was abouslute joke. Mr ragavan agreed do surgert and the review board knocked it back absolutely furious 😠 😡. If this is satisfactory result must think people will except it . If its not sorted will have to pay again fir someone to fix it properly after spending thousand and thousands on this result . No one rings to discuss anything with you payed the cash”

“Unfortunately for me my experience wasn’t what I expected. I personally wouldn’t recommend one of their surgeons. I am now having to look at getting revision surgery elsewhere as my first surgeon can’t help, which to me makes no sense. I was extremely disappointed when I booked an appointment to speak to him again to let him know I wasn’t happy. I spoke to a lady on reception and explained and she booked me in for a chat with the Dr. For only for him to check my scars and say that’s everything for today… he didn’t even know why I travelled all that way to see him again? Not helpful at all and now I feel anxious finding someone to fix my issue and I am still self conscious about my breasts still. Having spending over 8.5K to not be happy and have no help is extremely frustrating, upsetting and overall made my experience awful.”

“Had kneck lift last May which was left with loose skin under chin .had revision surgery 2 week ago and still got same issue which I'm absolutely gutted about after waiting months fir revision surgery. Just wish I'd never wasted my money on it now . Going back to see surgeon about it .but no faith in him resolving it”

“From my initial consultation with Dr Krishnan & meeting my patient coordinator Vicky, I knew this was the place, I didn’t feel nervous at all, I came out excited. Dr Krishnan was very reassuring and I felt comfortable around him & Vicky was so lovely. From consultation date to surgery date was only around 7 weeks & Vicky was by the phone supporting me every step of the way, wether that was 7am in the morning or 7pm at night, she always spoke in a way I understood and wasn’t full of medical jargon, I honestly felt like I was speaking with a friend & without Vickys support I don’t think I would have been as calm and relaxed as I was. When I arrived at Pall Mall on surgery day, every single person I met along the way was so lovely, I had my own room with a toilet & a TV, the surgeon and anaesthetists came round to see me, again making me feel very comfortable and relaxed & answered any questions I had. The lady assisting with the anaesthetist ensured I went to sleep thinking of my daughter, after a story I told her going into surgery, she made a little comment as I was drifting off & I will never forget how lovely that was of her. Once I came round and was in my room, the nurses were also all so accommodating, with anything I asked, nothing was too much, they were all very happy, positive, the whole experience was second to none, I never felt like a hindrance. Overall my experience was a 10/10, I didn’t want to go home haha! I would recommend pall mall to everybody! I cannot comment on my results as of yet as I can’t see them until my post op appointment, but I’m sure they will be great! “This is my third procedure with pall mall. My first back in 2019 with Dr Prasad who gave me an amazing tummy tuck the care from start to finish and beyond was outstanding. My second was last year, a lower deep plane face lift with the wonderful Dr Raghavan, and last week he complimented my entire look with a direct brow lift. My entire experience with Pall Mall from the lovely booking team right through until my last appointment has been first class, everyone I have come into contact with have been professional cheerful and very attentive. I am approaching 60 and have never felt so confident and physically well as I do today. Hugh thanks to Dr Raghavan your a miracle worker.”

“Had lower blepharoplasty done in April 2022 but wasn't quite happy with the results as the surgeon didn't want to remove too much fat as removing too much could have caused hollow eyes. Had revision surgery done in January 2023 and I am now happy with the results. Customer service staff have always been lovely and the nurses were very efficient on surgery day.”

“Fantastic so Happy Well what can I say but what a service from start to end. I've been treated like a queen from Day 1. Nothing was too much. Thank you to Mr Prasad and all the staff. Hospital was lovely too. I'm a Transgender woman and I feel the best I've ever felt in my body. And can't wait to wear the type of clothes I want to. Rather than worrying what o haven't got. “Amazing, 5* service from the get go. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr Khalid Ali who is an amazing experienced surgeon and I definitely can say the recovery is reflective of his expertise as i’ve had minimal swelling and no bruising. I arrived to have my rhinoplasty done at pall mall and the nurses on the ward were absolutely amazing making me feel comfortable and updating me telling me everything i need to know. They were so kind and caring and did really well comforting me while i was feeling anxious. They did everything they could to make it a smooth and lovely procedure. My ward nurses were Gulen and Shauna and they were so kind providing an amazing job and really looking out for me. However all the other nurses including the one who took me into my surgery were so lovely and distracted me while i was nervous until i fell asleep for my surgery. Even till now a week after my surgery If i have any questions i can call up their office and they answer straight away providing amazing advise and help. I definitely recommend them to anyone. :)”
