“Extraordinary service. Order before lunchtime and coffee through your letterbox the following day. Great choices and some very special selections recommended including a recent belter from Kenya”

“Fantastic service, coffee has always arrived the next day after it has been shipped, love the ability to alter how often you receive new beans. Beans smell fantastic when you open the packet and i always look forward to receiving the next months coffee! 11/10 service and have recommended to all of my friends who are coffee drinkers!”

“The main thing is the coffee, and they definitely get the coffee right, whether it's wholebean or ground (and it's ground to the perfect consistency for your preferred brew method). Website is reliable and easy to use on desktop and mobile, and the service is good. Would recommend. It's expensive compared to supermarkets, but I don't think it's an issue unless you make coffee really often.”

“Very happy with Pact! The coffee is delicious, you know where it comes from, I get to taste different varieties each time, I decide when I want my coffee delivered and it always arrives swiftly (did I mention the coffee is delicious?). Ethical, easy, and delicious!”

“Like the way coffee is sourced from known growers. Lovely fresh roasted and ground coffee sent to my home. Great coffee making products and my friends and colleagues often ask about the drip filter for individual coffee cups. I would like the website to be easier to use on my mobile. E.g. Finding and ordering additional filter papers was not easy, and was bit of a faff sorting out new address when coffee supplies needed at holiday destination! Customer service does try to help out. Overall seems good coffee from a company that seems to have some credibility!”

“Great tasting coffee with a super convenient and user friendly ordering system! I subscribed after seeing a V60 offer and have stuck with it since, even upgrading to the next level plan. Definitely recommend to anyone that has been shopping around for different coffee suppliers but hasn't quite found the right one.”
