“Ordered a Fred Perry polo shirt, went off the Oxygen size chart which I know is generic but when a tried on the polo it was TWO Sizes to big, obviously your size guide is nothing like Fred Perrys, ok fair enough, and fair enough I have to pay the postage to return it, don’t have a problem with that BUT for you to deduct the postage off the refund for when you sent it out to me is disgusting and I will not be using you again and will be telling my friends not to use you, so you can stick the 15% off where the sun doesn’t shine 😡😡😡”

“Thd first lot of running shoes were poorly made they looked like they had been worn. I returned them for a different pair which were great. What I didn't like about this company is I paid £5.10p for return post and the company refused to refund me the cost of return. The first lot of shoes were terrible quality and this was not my fault yet I was out of pocket £5.10p”

“My order arrived within the expected timeframe so on the delivery front all was well. However, my item --shoes -- had damage to the outer shoe box (photos attached). The shoes inside were perfectly undamaged. Since these are a gift, the damaged shoe box is rather annoying to say the least. Further, I am disabled and simply do not have the means at my disposal to return the item which was purchased online, lacking appropriate materials to re-package e.g. plastic mailer, bubblewrap, working printer for return label as well as the time e.g having to wait in for courier pick up etc. So, I'm left with the item as is. A dent in the outer box might seem trivial but when you are paying good money for a brand-new item, all of it should arrive in pristine condition. This did not. I gave a two star award due to the above reason.”

“Unfortunately, the pictures on view do not show the manufacturers label that sits on top of the insole and rubs on the upside of your foot; however, for the 2 seconds I wore them, they are soft.”

“As a customer outside EU it would be a good service if you calculated price incl. import taxes (which is possible!) - i ended up with a final price that was around 50 percent more expensive than the one you stated on your page. Right Now i consider not to pay the taxes and just return the package - or just pay :) in a Way i feel cheated by the pack of price transparency in the payment process”

“The delivery was quick but the item was a large but was more like an xl . Not standard sizes . I lost out on £7 which was the cost of delivery . Won’t be using again”
