Ordered a Fred Perry polo shirt, went off the Oxygen size chart which I know is generic but when a tried on the polo it was TWO Sizes to big, obviously your size guide is nothing like Fred Perrys, ok fair enough, and fair enough I have to pay the postage to return it, don’t have a problem with that BUT for you to deduct the postage off the refund for when you sent it out to me is disgusting and I will not be using you again and will be telling my friends not to use you, so you can stick the 15% off where the sun doesn’t shine 😡😡😡
