“correct items sent for once from a very online co, over the not so good out there”

“Order turned up on time, box had been through the wars and shoes had been tried on before as not clean. However, Outdoor GB give a good service, not always the cheapest but I find them very good to deal and helpful when there is a problem, which in these days can not be said of everyone. I would recommend them.”

“Sizes run slightly small. Would be a good idea to order next size up. We were disappointed to see that the products were made in China (isn't everything?) The quality of the product is very good, although Fera made a ski cap similar to the one I bought from you. Theirs was the best in every aspect: warmth, water repellant,good ear flaps, quality, etc. It seems they are no longer in business, sad to say.”

“Really liked the jacket although it was really lightweight and was too small even though I have two other Columbia jackets both same size and fit perfectly was gutted to have to send it back.. Reason for four stars is because delivery took over a week which is ridiculous, I had received delivery from Scotland before I get this parcel which was ordered two days prior.”

“Good service prompt and efficient also the cheapest I could find after browsing through various internet sites. As regards the quality of the item I find it very comfortable to wear and very well made which I think will keep me in good stead for quite a long time. In conclusion any outdoor gear needs that I require in future will be ordered from OutdoorGB.”

“My parcel arrived on time but the item was too big. The returns procedure was easy to follow however as a returns label was not included I had to go to out of my way to print a label at the library. My replacement item arrived quickly”
