We do everything we can to ensure a positive experience, with a UK-based customer service team, same-day dispatch before 6pm, and daily price comparisons.

Long delay and still no delivery

The parcel was late and then cancelled by the delivery company. "Customer service" advised I can't get my refund until they have the returned parcel, so all in all Outdoor GB have had £100 of mine for nearly a month with no goods even being attempted to be delivered and no assistance from the CS team. Cheap for a reason!

The item was genuine Craghoppers but the time that it took to deliver was not good. Outdoor GB should be ashamed of themselves but then, they are out to make a profit!

Went to wrong address . If put in the wrong address in the order Sunday before last . My fault , had left my old office address in Apple Pay . Notified you Immediately . Was told the next day Monday it had been shipped . Got tracking notification Tuesday saying the label had only just been printed , not sent . Pretty rigid / unhelpful and V limited phone contact times. Was referred to a chat function , but it was dead . Pretty annoying as easily solved . Have you received it back yet ,

I will never use this company again. The delivery had been tampered with and gloves were missing. More than a week later they are still ‘investigating’ but I’m still short an item and over £20 weeks t my own money. Very poor service.

Your customer service is of a very poor quality. You say you deliver every day and also in the email confirmation, I was informed the delivery will take place between 2-7 days. I didn't hear for a whole week from anyone, so I contacted your service only for the agent to keep insisting I was informed in the email that the delivery will take place on 18th Nov (I wasn't). After I submitted a copy of the email, she started to say I incorrectly counted days - which can be true, as I was confused by your 'deliver every day' statement. The agent said I can pay extra to have the next day delivery - i suggested this should be provided free of charge given the incorrect information. She refused so I cancelled the order. She saved you £2 on order that was over £100. You say you're a small business - I'd assume you should care about that? Anyway, I found the same item on another website and cheaper! So it worked perfectly for me in the end and I found another company I've never heard of thanks to your employee's attitude.

Shocking customer service, had a failed delivery due to a mistake on the address and nearly 2 week later this isn't sorted. They are not proactive in trying to fix the problem, and falls on the customer to do the chasing. Just not good enough and don't think I will buy from them again, which is a shame as i have used them before and thought they were ok.

I don't like to leave a bad review but I ordered a pair of waterproof trousers on the 22/10. Had a notification to say they would be delivered on the 25/10 and I have still not received them 30/10.

1st order, problems with paypal when infact payment was made w/o issue but I had to chase customer services, then call an admin dept separately/go through it all again.. to be told what I knew, payment was processed.. yawnn...

I ordered walking boots off the Outfood GB website. They where delivered by amazon shipping who required a code to let me receive delivery. I have not received a code from Outdoor G B or amazon so my parcel is heading back Outdoor GB. Very poor delivery service.
