Item too small and return process was simple. However item sent on 24 Feb and now the 8 Mar but no sign of replacement. Message is make sure you order the right size.

took 2 weeks to arrive and if it was not for me chasing up after 7 days ,i do not think i would have recieved item at all. some prices are very competative but i do not have a lot of faith in the ordering /dispatch procedures

Had to keep chasing for updates and information. Very poor Customer service. Then took over 10 days to receive, via Amazon.,which was weird as purchased through your website. I had yo pay for postage to receive now had to pay to return Awaiting full refund now

Product was great but you need to find another delivery partner. Amazon was really poor, found my parcel 1/4 Mike away on the side of the road near a neighbour gated property.

Usually have a good experience. This time not re lengthy delivery issue. Customer service staff friendly and courteous. Decision-maker regarding following up issue of lack of delivery tracking poor response.

Really disappointed to find out that you do not do returns or refund and will only exchange or give credit note.

Good service poor product- overboard waterproof deck top map case is not waterproof

Apparantley my email address, the one I logged in and bought something with doesn't exist, 2 days after buying something, just hope it turns up. They have taken the money from my credit card. Tried to phone but's a Friday afternoon and not open until Monday.

After a 3 week wait I was informed it would be another 6 weeks before stock was back in, when the website still showed the stock as in. Saving grace was a quick refund
