“The item is 5 star sadly let down by the delivery service which turned into a nightmare. Amazon (delivery)were responsible for this and as I have had many items from them delivered perfectly to my address but this item was left at a totally different street! It was left next to some wheely bins in the road behind my property and in full view of anyone walking past. Had I not known the person who found it I would never have received the item. So OutdoorsGB be warned! BTW, I reported this to the delivery company as a non-delivery and they never even replied!”

“I’ve used GBOutdoor a number of times and have found the service excellent. Unfortunately this time one purchase ended up being out of stock after placing the order, so delayed the purchase and the second, replacement, order now seemingly lost by their courier. We’ll see if it eventually turns up. I’ve not been too hard on the scoring as genuinely they have been great previously and will hopefully sort this issue too. Prices are great as well.”

“Ordering product was easy. Delivery on your site states delivery by Royal Mail and being a postman I knew that I would receive item in my delivery office. That didn't happen because delivery was through Amazon shipping which is never mentioned, and trying to navigate their delivery options was a bit of a nightmare for me as I dont have or use an Amazon account. I couldn't select my safe place to leave the item, but a kind neighbour accepted it.”

“I found what I wanted and products are great! However, delivery was a real issue and has put me off shopping again. I ended up staying in all day as amazon delivery information kept changing. Also my email regarding delivery said Royal Mail were delivering which I would have been happy with. Such a shame!”

“I ordered a size 10 in this Erica parker, but it was a bit too neat. I returned it, but as yet I have not received my replacement in a size 12. Up until now, i would have said that rhe service was excellent. The size 10 was exactly as ordered. The communication to help me return it was also good. I will update this review when i have received my replacement.”

“Good service from outdoor GB but the Robens Klondike tent I ordered has instructions that says it comes with both pin pegs and v shaped pegs. In fact I only got pin pegs and I was three short! I would have thought a couple of spares would have been included ideally but I didn’t even have enough for all my guy lines. Not sure if this is a Robens issue or an Outdoor GB issue?”

“Would have been 5 stars. Box destroyed by Royal Mail. Would have sent them back, but was for a birthday present a couple of days after delivery. Was just sent in a plastic bag?”

“The company as a whole is terrible. Order the product and got an email the same day saying that it will take longer and to let them know if I want it or not. I replied to the email stating that I wanted the order. After around a week or two, I emailed customer services to ask whether or not my order had been shipped and they stated they did not receive the email sent about sending the order. They refused to put this review on their website so thought i’d put it here. They also ignored some of my emails complaining.”
