“Disappointed with the cost as told by jack wolfskin direct that it was waterproof so much do I could shower innit but clearly on water resistance which is a shame . I have decided to keep the coat as the warmth element and length is good. Delivery was very slow which was disappointing had to email to find out how much longer it was going to take . Overall website and customer service was very good .”

“I have had no problem with your website but it is the 21st of November now and I still haven’t received my order. It is taking a lot longer than I thought as I received an email on the 13th of November saying my order had been shipped. Regards Mary Corcoran”

“I have bought from outdoor GB before,totally satisfied,with walking shoes,so on this recent purchase same size ,same manufacturer,they were too narrow,so i returned by post ,unbeliveably fast refund,i posted and was refunded in three days,i used ROYAL MAIL 48. i will continue to view all at this company,Great service and email feed back in 24 hours,even at weekends,thank you.”

“I'd be searching high and low to find waterproof Skechers, which seemed to be out of stock everwhere. I eventually found a pair on outdoorGB's website - almost £40 cheaper than on Skechers' site! Not altogether happy about paying for postage and packaging on a £63 order, but the order was processed swiftly and my trainers arrived within a few days.”
