“I follwed the tracking link which was good right upto when the delivery said item delivered the problem was it hadnt been delivered so i got onto the customer service who checked and they had the same picture as me which was unrecognisable(even the woman was lost for a description of the photo) the strange thing was when i was on the phone to her a normal postman had the said delivered package in his hand coming up my path - so apart from that weird picture of the delivered package that hadnt been delivered the experience was ok with a speedy delivery-”

“Easy to order. I had to wait quite a while for delivery as the stock wasn't available when I placed my order. However I was kept up to date with the delivery timescale so I was kept informed which was very helpful.”

“Great product at good price. Paid extra for Royal Mail 24 hour delivery which was more like 72 hours. Disappointing although OutdoorGB to be fair did say it wasn’t guaranteed. Shame on Royal Mail, why bother using them?”
