“I initially received a message to say the shoes were not in stock, and within days a new message to say they were in stock and on their way. I’m not sure if they are genuine DAWGS? They are made in USA but no DAWGS logo ( I have another pair) They are very comfortable, I’m sure the right shoe is slightly bigger than the left. Having said all that I will keep them.”

“The website was easy to navigate and the size guide confirmed the size I needed. I'm pleased with the soft shell jacket I bought and happy with the price I paid. One slight criticism would be that it was more than a week from the ordering date before I received an email to confirm the item had been sent. I thought the order might have been overlooked. Fortunately not.”

“Ordered A Pair Of “Trekmates Cairngorm GoreTec [GTX] Gaiters” (Size 3 | UK 7.5-13) I Am Wearing Them With My “AltBerg Jungle Boots” (Size 9.5) They’re An Excellent Fitting Together. The Under-Boot-Strap Seems Strong And Durable (Is Also Replaceable). You Can Cut It Down To Size But It Can’t Be Seen When Wearing Anyway, So I’ve Left Mine Alone. The Zip, Plus The Hook & Loop Flap Creates A Neat, Smooth Appearance And Is Functional; It Prevents Mud/Debris Etc From Getting Onto The Zip Itself. The Split Drawcord At The Top Of The Calf Can Be Tightened Significantly, To Create A Good Seal Around The Top/Calf. Overall, They Fit Well And Provide A Decent All-Round Seal To Protect Against The Elements. I’m Unable To Detail Any Negative Points Or Problems I’ve Had, As I Haven’t Come Across Any, To Date. I Don’t Really Expect To! I Would Recommend To Persons Using Rarely To Regularly, Novice To Expert.”

“Bought my dad the heavy duty combat trousers, they are very good quality and thick material, my dad loves them. They were a little bit too long so shortened them for him, fit well now. Excellent trousers.”

“Inbound service was excellent. Returns are painful. Need to call to get a return authorization and then the refund process is slow. This definitely discourages me from shopping at this site. Price and selection are very good otherwise so this is a pity”

“I follwed the tracking link which was good right upto when the delivery said item delivered the problem was it hadnt been delivered so i got onto the customer service who checked and they had the same picture as me which was unrecognisable(even the woman was lost for a description of the photo) the strange thing was when i was on the phone to her a normal postman had the said delivered package in his hand coming up my path - so apart from that weird picture of the delivered package that hadnt been delivered the experience was ok with a speedy delivery-”
