“Product, service and delivery really good”

“Good pair of trousers, I’m 5”10 and normally a 33” waist. Went for the large with the short leg and fit perfect. Unless you have long legs don’t buy the regular length! Good material and pockets a decent size.”

“My first order was for a pair of Oboz hiking shoes. Left shoe fitted fine but right shoe very tight. Having said that I got a full refund and then bought some Salamon shoes from them that are great! Would have given 5 stars other than the problem with initial purchase although this may the been an issue with the type of shoe not the retailer.”

“Great customer service, good prices, would buy from again. Four stars only as description of item on website could have been better - I ended up buying the wrong colour item as description wasn't clear / complete and had to ask for a refund.”

“Order turned up on time, box had been through the wars and shoes had been tried on before as not clean. However, Outdoor GB give a good service, not always the cheapest but I find them very good to deal and helpful when there is a problem, which in these days can not be said of everyone. I would recommend them.”

“no issues dealing with customer service to arrange a return. although it does seem convoluted that for an exchange of items, you have to place the new order for the item being requested to then request a refund on item being exchanged.”

“My parcel arrived on time but the item was too big. The returns procedure was easy to follow however as a returns label was not included I had to go to out of my way to print a label at the library. My replacement item arrived quickly”
