“Brilliant awning. Easy to set up. Very spacious inside. Versatile too. I have clips on my roof rails that it easily attached to.”

“Good prices, but frustrating. Very slow dispatch & issues with stock availability. Several items I ordered were not in stock, & cancelled after I’d paid. Other out of stock items delayed dispatch as I had to wait over two weeks for delivery. Nuisance when some were purchased for use the week after I placed my order. Website needs updating to show current & pending stock.”

“I've come to really like OutdoorGB and now use them regularly. The website isn't the most appealing when compared to the best. However once you get in there it's pretty well laid out and informative. What I most like though are the product range / availability and rock solid delivery. They also offer some cracking discounts from time to time.”

“Item as described which is fab, fast delivery however packaging not brilliant (in plastic bag wrapped in a foam sheet which had fallen off the item) I feel not padded enough considering the item ordered and how easily it could have got broken in transit, and not marked as fragile or handle with care.”

“OutdoorGB offers very competitive prices and I am happy with the overall experience of my purchase. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved is their Order Placement to Delivery Lead Time. Waiting almost two weeks for a delivery after placing the order and making the payment is questionable. Besides this, thank you for the great experience and unbeatable prices!”

“Really happy with the boots I bought, the speed of delivery and the tracking information. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because they didn’t include a returns/exchange label in the parcel. I needed to exchange them for a bigger size so had to contact the company to arrange it. They did email me back with the necessary information quite quickly though.”
