“Swing set arrived as expected and appears to be all here but communication with delivery was poor. Received an email that it was dispatched, the tracking link went through to a blank page with no details. By chance we were at home a few days later to take collection. No text, no email regarding a delivery day. The product itself does look excellent though.”

“The delivery guy Seth was great I wasn’t in at the time I spoke to him through ring doorbell and he wait for me to finish the school run and helped me take all the delivery in to the side entry really friendly.”

“Product is great but the delivery was frustrating. I got no emails to say when it might be delivered, I wasn't able to track it myself and when it did arrive the box and wood was sodden, not just wet from a bit of rain, literally soaked as if it had been stored outside in the rain. Very disappointed in this part of the service. It would be better to get more detailed delivery info to ensure people are in. Luckily I have good neighbours who were in to receive the parcel for me. The product itself is great though.”

“Following communication with customer service my request has been reconsidered and they have sent me replacement parts to fix the problems. Parts were delivered by special delivery 🚚 and I am truly grateful for the gesture. The car is fixed.”
