“The jeep is lovely an was straight forward to build the only issue I have is when driving it with the remote it cuts out every 5 mins or so an then starts again”

“Super quick delivery in such an awkward time (Covid-19). Spoke to the customer services team just once as the order was split and they gave me their word that the second part of the order would arrive the day after the first. It did and we were really pleased! Thank you!”

“Really pleased with our swing set, my 8 month old loves her baby seat. Delivery was much quicker than expected in this current climate. We were sent the wrong anchors due to the ones we ordered being out of stock but customer service dealt with this swiftly and efficiently- I’m very impressed and will more than likely be ordering from here again in the future!”

“I wanted a trampoline for my daughters birthday. Amid the CoronaVirus lockdown this proved difficult. I emailed several companies for advice and outdoor toys where the only company that replied quickly. In fact only one other company responded at all. The reply was helpful and positive. I ordered the trampoline and it arrived earlier than expected. It’s a well built piece of equipment. No complaints at all.”

“The trampoline we ordered was out of stock and not due until the end of the month. We had an email from Outdoor Toys offering us another higher spec trampoline that they could deliver sooner should we like this. We confirmed on the bank holiday Monday and my little girl was bouncing on it by Wednesday night. Amazing service, amazing quality and second to none customer service - thanks Izzie - you made a little girl very happy!!!”
