“Considering the COVID-19 situation the team were still very prompt at answering my queries and also issuing a refund when I’d changed my mind about the product I wanted. The delivery took longer than it may have done usually but we understood this was down to the current situation. The only worry I have about the product is the baby seat that I bought as an extra item...if my son leans forward the chair flips forwards as well so he ends up looking at the ground! He didn’t come out but we only put it up yesterday so hope that this won’t be the case given time. Otherwise, so far, is a lovely looking swing and think my husband found fairly easy to assemble, although you do have to work out where to drill the holes and how far to space the rings at the top. It’s not all marked out but with the correct tools, which we have, this can be done with relative ease. Thank you. We hope our three boys will get lots of enjoyment from the double swing.”

“Ordered a wooden swing for my daughter and it was delivered in 5 working days when they said it may be up to 10. I messaged them via Facebook a couple of times and always had a quick reply. The swing is excellent quality and my daughter loves it! I will be definitely ordering from them again thank you!”
