“this is harrys grandad as he is only 2 but his car arrived fine and he is already riding about on it. apart from the instructions being brief, the car is superb and is the envy of all the neighbours kids”

“I ordered a baby swing seat which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it was not suitable for the height of swing we have in the garden. The team at Outdoor Toys emailed to try to solve the issue and then refunded the money for the swing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.”

“Ordered 14 x10 rectangular trampoline on Tues before Easter and it was delivered the next day, to the delight of my two children. Excellent service and so far very happy with the trampoline. Thanks Happy Dad in Nantwich”

“Speedy delivery Product had some flaws (a couple of cracks in the plastic around the screws)but went down really well with 4 and 6 year old and was good given the price”

“The product is good service and delivery excellent but when I went back to your website to order an all weather cover I was shocked to find that the delivery was nearly as dear as the cover so didn’t buy one”

“Only just put it up but few days in brilliant my little girl absolutely loves it! Very quick delivery, my only criticism is use another delivery service because you don’t 100% when it will arrive on purchase so hard if you work and also we had the rudest delivery driver who wouldn’t even put it a few yards out of the back with his trolley bearing in mind it was in full view of a main road and I was on my own with a newborn!”

“Ordering was simple, good that the swing set we ordered was on sale! Delivery was quick, within a week of ordering. The courier was friendly and helpful but not much notice was given, on the morning of delivery an email was sent to notify us with no option to rearrange, luckily it was my day off or would have been inconvenient to re arrange for another day! The actual swing set is of good quality although the instructions could be better, one small set of instructions covering single, double and triple swing sets leaving us to figure out which steps to follow/ignore based on the set we had bought! Much of the assembly is diy, not much of the wood is pre drilled, but once finished is very sturdy and looks great. Overall very happy and would buy from outdoor toys again, just being prepared to chance convenient delivery and to put work into assembly of the product!”
