“Fantastic toy jeep for my daughter. Very robust (unlike a lot of toy cars). Her and her brother fit in nicely and it plays music. Huge hit. It was tricky to put together (had to watch a you tube video as the instructions weren’t very helpful) but we made it and it works brilliantly. Very pleased!”

“Bought the reco electric jeep for my son-what an amazing product! Easy to pop together, it took me less than an hour and even came with charge so he could go for a quick drive. I couldn’t be happier with the product and service”

“A great outdoor toy. Strong and sturdy. My only criticism is that it was very difficult to assemble. Took over three hours because some of the screw holes were poorly aligned”

“Just received the rebo 10 x 14ft tramp. Fast delivery and not too hard to assemble (1 x adult and 1 x 11 year old). Only went wrong once! Took 4 hours to put up. Gymnast kids love it (FYI it's big enough for 2 x back flips in a row)”

“A birthday present for my son and he loves it so much! Only thing was we paid for the private registration plate and it never arrived, but contacted outdoor toys and they sent it 1st class and it arrived the following morning! Great company, fab customer service. Highly recommend and will be using again. Thanks”

“Item stunning but scratched. Ordered orange Lamborghini for my daughters 2nd birthday. It is an absolutely gorgeous car, so well made but the only problem is it arrived with the windscreen and bonnet covered in scratches. Wasn’t very well protected for transit. I hope my email is quickly responded to and the problem can be resolved :)”

“Great personal service directly when you call. I had to call, as I couldn’t make a payment on the website. Screen just did nothing when I press “pay now”. No message, no instructions, nothing to tell me if a payment had or hadn’t been made. This on all on a weekend. So this generates a phone call on Monday when they are open. Turns out their payment process will not process cards that have been auto filled through the browser or OS. That’s all fine, but with nothing to tell me that on the website it would have made this experience “very poor”, except for for the “first class” customer service on the phone.”

“Good service with swift delivery. Should get an automated receipt of order when the order is placed on line. Also, whilst the product I ordered is very good, the instructions it came with are as good as useless. It's an official Ford product, so not Outdoor Toys' fault, but they really need improving - even the English in them is poor.”
