“The car is great and my son loves it. However, it did arrive with several small bumps over it. After contacting outdoor toys they responded rapidly and sorted the issue in an appropriate manner. Excellent service. Will use again.”

“We got the Mercedes-Benz G63 delivery on exact day it was promise. Very nice model with all details working. Installation time 2 hrs but once done it's a amazing car. My 2 year old was so happy to get this and all the kids at birthday party had a go on it. Thanks guys”

“Our grandson was delighted with the car. The only issue was that he didn’t receive the promised number plate. Phone call later to say one was in the post. First class service.”

“Product is as described, my 4 year daughter couldn't be happier flying around the living room on her unicorn! Customer service is a solid 11/10, Delivery was spot on with no hassle! And all round good company to purchase from. I highly recommend using them.”

“one of the springs were twisted incorrectly and didn't line up properly. one of the triangular tags were pulled out of shape and therefore allowed the material to pull out from the trampoline mat. a fixing screw did not tighten properly maybe cross threaded but seemed to hold, and was impossible to unscrew. Having spent a lot of time and effort to put together the trampoline I did not have time to take it down and repack/ return the trampoline and pray that these problems will not cause any accidents for my grandchildren.”

“So far, so good. We bought a returned Berg 380 trampoline. You always worry that it might be a problematic return. But seems exactly as new. So we feel able to endorse Outdoor toys. The Berg product also seems good quality if you are interested in that.”

“We ordered a white car but the car deliveries was black. The instructions did not match the car we had. Apparently we only needed to added the wheels according to booklet really we have to assemble the motors to. Very poor instructions. Saying all that our Grandaughter absolutely loves it and it’s perfect now!!”
