“Very fast delivery even at Xmas! The item is amazing and well good description. Even better in person when delivered. Putting it together is not to hard if you can make an ikea chest of draws together you can put 4 wheels on a kids quad bike and some screws on.”

“Lovely swing set. Prompt delivery. The only downside was some of the metal holes weren’t drilled out properly so had to be filed to make the fastenings fit.”

“I was contacted at 8.30pm in response to a message I had sent to customer services regarding the details of my delivery (which was within 3 days of my order). The lady liaised between me and the courier company and got everything organised. The courier then called me the next day, as I was at work, to confirm where they were leaving my item, and then photos were sent to show me where it was. I had read previous negative reviews regarding customer services and the courier company, and I have no reason to doubt their experiences, but Outdoor Toys must have taken all comments on board because I found both services to be excellent. I can honestly say they went above and beyond to give me an excellent service, and I’m very thankful, and therefore highly recommend them based on my own personal experience.”

“Came really quick and the product is brilliant. A little strange that there is no easy way to manoeuvre the product when off (pull bar but the instructions say this might blow the motor) So happy i found this, this will make a little boy very happy for Christmas!!”
