“Ordered a Land Rover in October, no stock until mid December, was notified of its dispatch, stating 3-4 days delivery, but it turned up the very next day! Albeit box was damaged on delivery and it was left at a neighbours house, as I wasn’t home...(wasn’t expecting it so quick). The delivery driver did NOT leave a calling card, even tho he told neighbour he had! Luckily no damage beyond hole in box, and hoping all will be well on Xmas morning for its first voyage! Would deffo order from this company again.”

“The item we had ordered was not in stock so we had to pre order, when the date came and we had not heard anything I emailed outdoor toys and received a response really quickly and they were able to give me an update and guarantee it would be here for Christmas. A few days later our item was delivered, cannot wait for my little girl to see it on Christmas Day. Thank you outdoor toys going to have one little happy girl on Christmas Day.”

“The only thing I would say , and it is important, it is impossible to see when the purchase is going to be delivered, when I first went into site it suggested “ get it delivered by 18 December “ which was 10 days from purchase date, I organised a family member to be in on that date, however it arrived 2 days after ordering, happily there was someone at home,”
