“Prompt delivery and trampoline is great. The packaging however of the actual trampoline was dreadful and arrived ripped and torn.”

“We haven't yet built up the swing set but it looks good quality from a quick look! The only real problem I have had is I wasn't notified on day of delivery it was coming luckily I was in but a busy family would have to arrange to be home or for a neighbour to take it in! But as for the product it's self I have no problems with what so ever I can't wait to build it up and watch my children have endless hours of fun swinging 😊”

“I wrote earlier that my purchase has not been received. I’m so sorry, this was because my daughter whom I bought the car for her son didn’t inform me that she received the product. According to her, it came within four days of my ordering it. She lives in the north whilst I’m in the south. The mistake was due to lack of communication. The order was received in good time. Thanks”

“The product was easy to assemble. However some of the instructions were hard to follow especially syncing the remote. After having to contact your customer service team for further support it was deemed the controller was faulty and you are sending me a replacement. I would like to thank Leanne and Izzie for there excellent customer service skills.”

“The delivery 🚚 was swift and good service. My only complaint some of the internal components of the car 🚗 where wet. The remote is not as discribed on the website as the buttons operate back to front Something to bear in mind It doesn’t come with any batteries 🔋”

“Brill toy, our daughter is a bit small for it but at least its a product she can grow into, so its worth the money for the long run, my husband loves it, at first it looked like it was a toy for him! Its a great toy all round!”

“The car is amazing. My daughter loves it. Buying the car with the upgraded rubber (EVA) tires is definitely worth while. The only negative that we have found was that the instructions need translating into English properly. They were very tricky to follow as they have obviously been translated online and don’t make sense.”

“Lovely swing set. Prompt delivery. The only downside was some of the metal holes weren’t drilled out properly so had to be filed to make the fastenings fit.”
