Ordered a R thumb wrap it states clearly on the invoice R but you have sent Left. I have now emailed you four times with zero response!

I'm very disappointed with this company as iv been suffering from pain for a long time and I seen the ad on Google and decided to buy only for the company to take my money and I still waiting for delivery which they state is has!I wouldn't buy from them again

Despite ordering a slightly larger size, they are far too small and very uncomfortable. I can just about wear them without the hernia pad, which isn’t what my consultant advised. They are very expensive and too costly for me to order another pair for the short period I need them. Very disappointed.

Design is awful. It’s for an injured child yet there is a part of the but which rubs and causes discomfort. Disappointed

I have not received my order and am presently attempting to get my money or preferably a replacement. It was sent out but not left in my secure place and therefore it appears to have gone missing.

Sent an item for an exchange as agreed with Vicky including a note to say so. The item was refunded! Had to order again as my husband needed the item. Won't be ordering again!

I could not believe how much I had to pay for 2 S shaped pieces of metal, I had to pay it because it is the only place to buy the item. I have brought a brace for less than what I paid for it. The actual brace for this item is very expensive as well but one of the best on the market, I would highly recommend the brace but just don’t lose the metal shaped S . I would have given excellent but because of the cost it is very poor

Not really getting any benefit from this device & difficult to see how any adjustments to it will help. The instructions say it should be properly fitted by a qualified technician, but that was never mentioned in the advert.

I recently purchased a Neoprene Wrist & Thumb Wrap (size small in black) because I had strained my thumb tendons undoing a lid on a flask. Put it on according to the instructions- an hour or so after wearing it my thumb went purple & numb, so consequently had to take it off. I made an appointment to see a physiotherapist who could see the problem was the tight fitting material around my thumb- it didn’t make any difference loosening the wrist strap- the thumb still went purple & numb. My visit to the physio has resulted in being referred to a hand therapy team to maybe have a splint made. I feel my purchase was unfortunately a waste of money. By the way I do have small hands, so I’m sure I purchased the correct size.

I recently purchased a pair of Hernia Support pants for use after hernia surgery yesterday. Following the on-line advice, I measured my waist - 93cms and purchased the next nearest size above that measurement - 95cms, bacause 'they come a bit smaller than expected'. Sadly, having had my surgery yesterday and wearing the pants for the first time I found that they are so loose they do not support my operation site and furthemore, when I was carrying cups of tea bed this morning, they fell down! I am now the owner of very expensive pants which are not fit for the purpose I purchased them and have had to resort to my hernia support belt.

No Stars!!!!Not worth the money, not a good product. Followed the measurement guide to order correct size. The thumb hole is far too narrow and tight to the point where it cuts of the circulation causing more issues. I contacted customer services over a week and half ago to discuss and have heard nothing! I was sent this review email though?!

Way to small for me and I ordered 20cms larger than my normal size due to the reviews I’ve read. I’m currently waiting for a reply I sent to customer servicesI want a refund, £66 for a pair of briefs is extortionate especially if you can’t even wear them.

1….. happy with product but charged 9.95 postage for next day delivery which I didn’t want or need… it may have been my mistake but I certainly didn’t choose to tick this… does it default to this? I have written to enquire but had no answer yet.

I ordered a pair of hernia briefs and from the website I have been measured for NHS ones and waiting for them to come (not this company) so I know what size to have. I ordered mediums as I am 90cm but they were too tight to get on comfortably. I wrote an email over the weekend to see about exchanging up a size and the only reply was this request for a review. Hmm.
