“Orthotix response was very quick with acknowledgement emails within minutes. They were let down by Royal Mail who promised a delivery on Monday and delivered to the wrong sorting office, the they failed to leave with a neighbour as requested.Eventually the goods arrived on Day 3. Orthotix part in the process was excellent.”

“The quality is good but I cant wear it for any longer than 5 mins as its cutting off the circulation to my thumb so it is too tight on my thumb. Thumb goes cold and blue after a few minutes 😟 so that said, its no use to me!”

“Item arrived quickly & seems to be well made. I'm not quite sure it's what I need however as I've other things going on with my foot. Probably fine for bunion problems. And also think the gel is a bit too "soft" for my needs”

“I went for the Boxia Bundle as I thought the shoeless attachment might be more comfortable to wear to sleep in rather than a swedish AFO. Also I prefer to be barefoot around the house so It's perfect for that. I haven't worn the Boxia with shoes yet as I haven't been out of the house lately, but will try it over the weekend. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I had been buying cheaper braces/splints from Amazon but they don't last more than a couple of months so thought I'd upgrade. It's early days but so far I am happy.”
